We're looking for a driven Sales Team Lead to join our European Inside Sales team and lead the CER Team in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and empower a team of BDRs, SDRs, and AEs to achieve their goals.
  • Drive qualified sales opportunities and close deals in assigned accounts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales metrics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to schedule training plans for individual and team development.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager.
  • Understanding of sales processes and best practices.
  • Experience with sales management and lead generation software tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills.

Basic Qualifications:

  • University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of Inside Sales Experience w/ Quota.
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
