Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Spanish team and drive sales growth within the clinics healthcare market. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will develop and execute a robust sales strategy, manage a team of 20 sales professionals and 3 team leaders, and optimize sales processes to achieve business objectives.

About You
You have at least 7 years of experience in Sales leadership in high-growth SaaS/Marketplace with SMB market focus. Proven experience in scaling a sales team, inspirational leadership qualities, and a proven track record of hiring and onboarding successful representatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy that scales our presence within the clinics healthcare market.
- Manage a team of 20 sales professionals and 3 team leaders, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and aligned with company objectives.
- Implement structured coaching programs and training initiatives to develop sales skills and methodologies across the team.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, setting clear KPIs and assessing performance to initiate and track improvement strategies.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
