We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Papernest. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving sales growth, and developing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives to complete inbound and outbound partner acquisition, growth initiatives, and partner retention
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed
  • Incubate new business verticals to ramp to strong commercial efficiency and overall business knowledge

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of sales success. You should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales, with 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role. You should also have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to manage end-to-end a large team, and lead sales initiatives. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Spanish real estate and/or bank companies is a plus.
