Job Description

Role Overview

As a Team Lead in our vibrant Spanish team and reporting to the Sales Director, you will perform a multi-faceted leadership role that involves managing a strong sales force of 5 sales professionals. Your primary mission is to develop and execute a strong outbound sales strategy that increases our presence in the clinical healthcare market, managing the entire sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure, and elevate team performance through effective coaching and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team management and leadership: Manage an outbound sales team, working in alignment with company objectives and with the mission of meeting their targets.
  • Strategic sales execution: Manage and be aware of all developments in daily sales operations. Be actively involved in achieving a culture of success and achievement.
  • Business development: Adopt our growth mindset, looking for new opportunities to improve outbound sales techniques.
Requirements
  • Experience in SaaS outbound sales, preferably high growth or in-market environments.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute a unified GTM approach to the clinical sector.
