Job Title: Digital Sales Team Lead

Autodesk is seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Team Lead to lead our office-based sales team of Digital Sales Representatives in Southern Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, sales performance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, coach, and motivate a team of Digital Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity with proper closed-loop metric reporting.
  • Report on team and individual results, including pipeline, conversion rates, and billings accomplishment.
  • Work with internal sales operations partners to identify and implement improvements in sales productivity.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management, with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Experience in establishing communication and engagement with customers and team members.
  • Prior inside sales experience, preferably in technology sales.
  • Fluency in English, French, or other European languages.
