Team Lead Digital Sales

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Team Lead Digital Sales, der unsere Kundenbeziehungen und Verkaufsziele weiterentwickeln möchte.

Die Rolle
  • Leiten Sie ein Team von 10-15 Account Manager:innen für den digitalen Vertrieb.
  • Unterstützen Sie das Lead-Management, den Aufbau von Verkaufspotenzialen und die Geschäftsabschlüsse.
  • Analysieren Sie KPIs, um Verbesserungsstrategien zu entwickeln.
  • Liefern Sie Verkaufsziele und verfolgen Sie diese.
  • Fördern Sie den Vertrieb und die Kundenbeziehungen zur Erreichung der individuellen Ziele.
  • Entwickeln Sie ein umfassendes Verständnis der SoftwareOne-Dienstleistungen und -Lösungen und coachen Sie Ihr Team.
  • Beziehen Sie Solution Architects bei Bedarf effektiv ein, um optimale Kundenergebnisse zu erzielen.
  • Pflegen und implementieren Sie Best-in-Class-Tools und -Prozesse.
  • Funktionieren Sie als Eskalationspunkt für Ihr Team.
  • Arbeiten Sie mit dem Alliances-Team bei der Entwicklung von Marketingmaterial zusammen.
  • Unterstützen Sie beim Aufbau eines erstklassigen digitalen Vertriebsteams.
Was wir sehen möchten
  • Ein Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet (Master-Abschluss bevorzugt).
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Vertrieb.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Teamleitung.
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten, Verkaufsprozesse von der Planung bis zum Abschluss voranzutreiben.
  • Starke Führungsqualitäten, einschließlich Coaching und Personalentwicklung.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Vertriebsprognosen und Datenanalyse.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, in Deutsch und Englisch.
