What We Offer
As a Sales Development Representative Team Lead for our Spanish organization, you will play a key role in contributing to the generation of qualified opportunities and the creation of pipeline for field teams. You will be responsible for co-constructing the BDR and SDR business plan, in partnership with the demand gen and sales teams.
Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative Team Lead, your main responsibilities include team leadership and management, individual contribution to pipeline generation, and collaboration with the sales team to ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities. You will leverage Salesforce to monitor team performance, track activities, and improve processes.
What You Will Do
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervise a team of SDRs and BDRs, coaching and developing them to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Set and monitor KPIs to ensure the team achieves pipeline generation goals.
- Manage alignment between inbound and outbound teams to optimize prospecting strategies.
- Execute prospecting campaigns through cold calling, personalized emails, and social media outreach.
