About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with C-Level decision-makers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop defined territory accounts, generating and closing deals through strategic planning and execution
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of customer needs, business goals, and challenges to articulate how Autodesk solutions can accelerate their success
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Partner Management, Channel Partners, and Field Sales, to achieve quarterly and annual targets
• Deliver high-quality executive presentations and discovery workshops that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to grow sales and gain market share by providing value-added services and support
• Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities, forecast accurately, and drive revenue growth

Requirements
• 5-7 years of sales experience in the IT/SaaS industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Native fluency in Danish/Swedish and proficiency in English
• Industry knowledge in engineering, IT, or manufacturing is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills, ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical audiences, and excellent communication skills

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$160,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a hybrid work schedule and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
