About the Role

As a Sales Vice President at Itnig Venture Builder, you will be responsible for leading the sales department and developing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth. With a strong background in strategic sales leadership, you will oversee all sales operations and strategy, including setting performance metrics, managing key client relationships, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the company's sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Set clear revenue targets and sales goals across regions and segments, ensuring a scalable and sustainable approach to growth.
  • Lead and manage the entire sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategies with the company's broader vision and financial objectives.
Requirements
  • 10-15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as VP of Sales or Director of Sales.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong background in territory management, revenue forecasting, and budgeting.
