- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategies with the company's broader vision and financial objectives.
- 10-15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as VP of Sales or Director of Sales.
- Demonstrated success in leading and scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong background in territory management, revenue forecasting, and budgeting.
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary ($120,000 - $180,000 per year) and performance-based bonuses.
