About the Role

We're seeking a visionary leader to build and develop our next-generation Product Led Sales org. As Regional Director, Product Led Sales, you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining high-achieving Product Led Account Executives via various channels. You'll drive a high-performance culture to achieve and exceed sales goals, providing strong coaching and mentoring on territory planning, prospecting methods, and development of Product Led Account Executive pillars to success.

Responsibilities
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent in Product Led Sales
  • Drive a high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Provide coaching and mentoring on sales methodology, territory planning, and prospecting methods
  • Conduct weekly enablement sessions for team development
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading an inside sales team
  • Strong experience in SaaS sales and closing new business
  • Top 10% performer as an individual contributor and Manager
  • Results-oriented with a track record of overachievement
