About the RoleWe're seeking a visionary leader to build and develop our next-generation Product Led Sales org. As Regional Director, Product Led Sales, you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining high-achieving Product Led Account Executives via various channels. You'll drive a high-performance culture to achieve and exceed sales goals, providing strong coaching and mentoring on territory planning, prospecting methods, and development of Product Led Account Executive pillars to success.
Responsibilities- Attract, hire, and retain top talent in Product Led Sales
- Drive a high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide coaching and mentoring on sales methodology, territory planning, and prospecting methods
- Conduct weekly enablement sessions for team development
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading an inside sales team
- Strong experience in SaaS sales and closing new business
- Top 10% performer as an individual contributor and Manager
- Results-oriented with a track record of overachievement
