Job Summary

The Global Sales Enablement Manager will lead the development and coordination of the Global Sales Network, focusing on business development and efficiency streams. This role will report to the Market & Industry Director and be responsible for analyzing sales results, evaluating efficiency and improvement streams, and coordinating target setting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales results at geographical and individual levels
  • Evaluate efficiency and improvement streams and cascade with sales managers
  • Coordinate target setting processes
  • Drive the global sales network to coordinate actions and global development processes
  • Collect inputs from the global sales network to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales
  • Review and discuss geo and individual performance to drive performance improvement plans
  • Facilitate the rollout of IT systems for the sales function, including training of the sales functions
  • Help countries in defining their sales planning to maximize effectiveness in building sales pipeline
  • Work with country sales managers and peers on the development of a comprehensive business development strategy
  • Demonstrate key leadership behaviors of foresight, customer centricity, respect/care, and result orientation
  • Proactive approach toward sales representatives of different countries ensuring they hit their targets, including creating a high-performance culture and helping country sales managers improve performance of their teams
  • Contribute to a forecasting process and follow up countries for the respective plans and actions
  • Ensure that all aspects of sales activities are recorded according to business area requirements
  • Identify business development opportunities, support sales and delivery teams to propose new business, and drive such opportunities from concept to implementation and execution of plans while tracking outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for promotions and additional services that will lead to an increase in sales and work with the sales teams to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Help and coordinate developing new sales channels
  • Review weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth objectives and specifically the results for target countries and accounts, and help countries prepare action plans where improvement is needed
