Job Title: Business Development Director

We are seeking a talented Business Development Director to join our team at Navan Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage a high-performing sales development team in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

About the Role:
- Manage, hire, train, and ramp a team of sales development representatives.
- Develop and coach representatives in their careers towards future account executive roles.
- Lead through Navan culture and values—be a culture carrier.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing an inside sales or sales development team in a SaaS company.
- 1+ years experience in a closing, quota carrying role (preferably as an Account Executive).
- Success in overachieving quotas and targets.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience.
