Join a leading IT solutions provider in the UK as an IT Global Strategic Business Development Director. Our client is a part of Arrow Electronics, bringing innovative solutions to market to solve complex business challenges.

The estimated salary for this position is £90,000 - 120,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan, with a portion of OTE tied to specific sales-related goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and create relationships between the organization, suppliers, and customers.
  • Drive strategy and business development, go-to-market plans, and sales growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to understand business trends and forecasts.
  • Maintain open lines of communication and provide market intelligence and competitive watch.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing sales strategies and managing programs in the IT industry.
  • Fluency in English and effective communication with people at all levels.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships and work independently with guidance in complex situations.
