About the Opportunity

The mission of the Strategic Planning Director is to support the development of the B&F Division's long-term vision and financial plan, while monitoring its execution and adjusting it in response to changing market conditions and emerging priorities. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating environmental analysis with Market & Consumer Intelligence teams to help Top Management understand industry trends and identify growth opportunities. You will also work closely with the Strategic Planning and Analytics VP to develop new strategic plans and liaise with external consultants as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Brands, Markets, and Support functions to develop Strategic Plan initiatives and review their progress
  • Translate the division's strategy into a long-term ambition and Rolling 3Y Business Plan, providing different scenarios and revising them on a yearly basis
  • Fulfil 'One Group' requirements regarding 3Y Business Plans and raise recommendations for risk adjustment
  • Support the President of the B&F Division in communicating the strategy and business plans
  • Set up a Program Office to monitor the actual evolution of the Strategic Plan and Long-Term Vision Assumptions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience, ideally in different functions, bringing a company-wide perspective. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, and proficiency in English and Spanish is necessary. Knowledge of French is a plus. Additionally, you should possess strong people and process management skills, with experience driving culture and behaviour change in a large and complex organisation.
