**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Global Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. This role will be responsible for driving the development and execution of strategy and business development plans, ensuring execution to sales growth plans by coordinating the execution of initiatives and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across geographies.
**Key Responsibilities**
Demand Identification and Creation
The ideal candidate will identify and create demand opportunities, drive results through stakeholder management and collaboration with the sales team to understand business trends and forecasts.
Market Intelligence and Competitive Watch
They will provide market intelligence and competitive watch, evaluating and developing market-specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
Go-to-Market Strategy and Enablement
Closely working with the marketing team, this individual will manage releases to customers, promotions and advertising, while monitoring the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPIs.
Sales and Technical Team Enablement
This role requires the ability to collaborate with the sales and technical teams across geographies to ensure they are enabled with the go-to-market strategy.
Compensation Plan
This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan, with a portion of OTE (On-Target Earnings) being variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow Electronics, Inc.
**Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
