Main Responsibilities
- Business Development
Identify and engage with potential clients, organize meetings to showcase our expertise, and drive new business opportunities. - Recruitment and Management
Attract and recruit top talent with the right expertise and skillset, mentor and support your team to help them grow and succeed. - Business Unit Management
Oversee the well-being and success of your business unit, analyze financial performance and implement strategies to optimize results.
Requirements
- Graduated with a master's degree in business or engineering.
- Thriving in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
