The Role

We seek a high-energy, dynamic, and passionate Strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic alliances. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that expand our market reach and enhance our product offerings. You will play a key part in building and nurturing relationships with integrators, resellers, and technology partners across various teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and Develop Partnerships: Identify new partners that align with our business objectives and onboard them after evaluation. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Lead Partner Programs: Develop a comprehensive partner program that incentivizes cooperation and drives business growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip partners with necessary tools, training, and resources to sell and promote our solutions.
  • Joint Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute joint campaigns enhancing brand visibility and generating leads.
  • Deal Closing: Close deals yourself or assist in the sales process of partners to secure new customers.
  • Product Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to integrate feedback from partners and identify opportunities for co-development or product enhancements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Increase revenue through partnership growth, expand market reach, and improve product offerings.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on location and experience.
