Commercial Sales Director for Hyper Growth Markets

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Sales Director to lead our team in Barcelona, driving revenue growth and scaling an international team across the UK, France, and Germany.
About the RoleAs a Regional Director, you will be responsible for building an effective pipeline generation program, recruiting and developing a team of exceptional Account Executives, and delivering on monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Design and implement a weekly pipeline generation program resulting in quality conversions and demos set.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives targeting core markets in the UK, France, and Germany.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Navan's products and value proposition within the market.
This role requires a strong track record of achieving sales targets, skilled in managing and coaching through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and experience using Salesforce for accurate forecasting.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader with 3+ years of direct sales leadership/management experience. Your background should include 4+ years as an AE individual contributor within the Commercial/Mid-Market space and a strong ability to function in a 'Player/Coach' capacity.
A salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year is expected for this role, based on industry standards and the requirements of the position.
