The Role | As a Senior Sales Director, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business success. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, driving a solid reputation for Ukio in the industry, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities |
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including B2C/B2B/KAM.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
About You | We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading a B2C/B2B/KAM sales team in the digital industry or in Telemarketing. You should have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth, as well as strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
