Job Summary
A successful Sales and Revenue Growth Manager is required to drive sales and revenue growth for Marriott International, Inc. in Barcelona, Spain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing group and transient sales opportunities, up-selling business to maximize revenue potential, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

About the Role
The Sales and Revenue Growth Manager will be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group and transient sales opportunities, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated sales efforts. The role requires building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, identifying new business opportunities to achieve personal and property revenue goals, and utilizing market trends and target customer information to inform sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage departmental budget, including group and transient sales, to optimize revenue growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth
• Utilize negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
• Conduct data analysis and sharing of information on market conditions, competitors, client and industry changes, economic forecasts, and trends to inform sales strategies
• Ensure accurate, complete, and effective turnover to Event Management to support operational aspects of business booked

Requirements
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major, with 4 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth, with ability to analyze data and develop informed sales strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of €65,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
