Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key person in developing commercial strategy for Spain and Portugal, you will take the lead in revenue growth strategies for our market-leading brands in Spreads, Plant Butter, Cheese, and Creams. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining price and promotional strategy incorporating market insights, data analytics, and customer needs.
- Leading cross-functional teams to set channel, brand, pack, and price architecture strategies.
- Providing input and advice on key customer negotiations including trade spend optimisation & Private Label tenders.
Main Accountabilities
Our ideal candidate will have an excellent cross-functional understanding across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You should be able to work effectively in a matrix organisation across all functions at a local, regional, and global level. The role requires engagement and influencing senior stakeholders.
Requirements
