Job Description:

A highly experienced Senior Sales Director is required to lead the sales department and drive revenue growth at Itnig. This strategic role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

Define and implement the company's sales strategy, setting clear revenue targets and sales goals across regions and segments. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the sales team. Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to align sales strategies with the company's broader vision and financial objectives.

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:

Identify opportunities for new business development and market expansion. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Leverage existing relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue, while also building new partnerships and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage data analytics to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) to track the success of sales initiatives and individual performance.
  • Refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-departmental coordination to support sales initiatives.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
