Job OverviewWe're an innovative, fast-growing international group committed to building a global brand that's passionate about creating great hospitality experiences and exploring new locations. As a Senior Sales Director, you'll play a key role in shaping our sales strategies, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving business results.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of two years of experience in hotel sales or equivalent industry experience.
- Valuable knowledge of sales skills, ability to understand customer requirements, and translating these into sales solutions and revenue management.
- Track record meeting or exceeding sales goals, with a proven ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
- Strong organizational skills, including follow-up, time management, ability to multi-task, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, deal with stressful situations during busy periods, and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
- Proficient in Windows Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and able to utilize traditional software programs such as Delphi and Opera.
