We are seeking a Senior Sales Director to drive growth and expansion in the Consumer Goods sector for our Spanish Sales team. Located in Barcelona, this role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to thrive within our Sales Leadership Team.
About the RoleAs a Senior Sales Director, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the Consumer Goods industry. Your key responsibilities include:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Consumer Goods sector.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work to expand our footprint on new logos.
- Solution Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of IT solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the client within the company, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated and addressed.
You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on account performance, including key metrics and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role from previous IT Professional services firms/offshore outsourcing industry.
- A strong focus on the Consumer Goods segment, with an active account network in Spain.
- A good understanding of Sales and Marketing business area.
- A hunter mindset, proven track record to contribute to new business development efforts.
- Aptitude to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite.
- A proactive mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- MS or MBA degree.
- Fluent in English, experience working with multi-geo teams and offshore.

CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
