Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our hotel revenue growth efforts in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue and RevPAR through a successful revenue management strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Sales and Events Department and develop action plans to enhance revenues effectively.
  • Lead by example: assist in leading, training & mentoring group/events sales managers.
  • Develop and implement sales action plans for group, corporate, leisure and catering segments.
  • Analyze forecast, cost, and revenue reports to inform sales strategy decisions.
  • Organize and participate in fam trips, plan and attend sales blitzes/missions in key markets.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive set data knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with at least 3 years as a senior manager within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus.
  • Good understanding and experience of group, corporate, leisure and event markets.
  • Experience in the Barcelona luxury lifestyle market is desired.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
