Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Sales Director to join our sales team at our luxury hotel in Barcelona. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and driving revenue growth through effective business planning, market analysis, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales action plans for the group, corporate, leisure, and catering segments;
  • Lead by example, training and mentoring sales managers to ensure seamless delivery of sales strategies;
  • Analyze forecast, cost, and revenue reports to inform sales decisions and drive revenue growth;
  • Organize and participate in fam trips, sales blitzes/missions, and other marketing initiatives;
  • Maintain market trends and competitive set data knowledge to contribute to revenue strategies;
  • Regularly research and remain current with sales and marketing trends;
  • Ensure adherence to hotel credit procedures and audit guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership within the hospitality industry;
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with hospitality software and systems.
