Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Director for Luxury Brands to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to attract leisure travelers. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend leisure trade shows, road shows, workshops, fam trips, community and industry events to promote the hotel and generate new business leads.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to attract leisure travelers, including individuals, families, and leisure groups.
- Lead the hotel's sales efforts with key leisure market accounts, attending specific sales calls, tradeshows, forums, workshops, and industry events.
- Maintain strong relationships with leisure clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations and enhance their experience.
- Analyze leisure sales data and market trends to forecast revenue accurately and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or equivalent industry experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
- Experience managing luxury brands and a deep understanding of the SLS brand values.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages being a plus.
Benefits
