**Job Title:** Senior Hotel Revenue Manager - Barcelona

Company Overview:

Catenon, a leading global recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Hotel Revenue Manager to join our client's team in Barcelona. Our client is a well-known Hotel Group with a strong presence in the Spanish market.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our hotel's revenue strategy. As a Senior Hotel Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for generating budgeted top-line revenue and RevPAR through effective revenue management strategies. You will work closely with our Commercial Director to develop and implement sales action plans, forecast trends, and analyze financial reports to optimize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to achieve budgeted targets
  • Analyze financial reports, including forecasts, cost, and revenue reports, to inform sales decisions
  • Leverage industry knowledge and trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Lead and execute sales blitzes/missions in key markets
  • Manage sales resources according to agreed-upon budgets
  • Maintain market trends and competitive set data knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel revenue management or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:
