**About the Role:**

Catenon is seeking a skilled Hotel Revenue Strategist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our hotel management and tourism functions, you will play a critical role in generating top-line revenue and RevPAR through effective revenue management strategies.

**Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Sales and Events Department, developing action plans, forecasting trends, and evaluating market performance to enhance revenue effectively.
  • Lead by example, assisting in training and mentoring group/events sales managers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing their skills.
  • Create and implement sales action plans for the group, corporate, leisure, and catering segments, setting goals and reviewing quarterly results.
  • Support the execution of the annual budget and business/marketing plan, analyzing forecast, cost, and revenue reports to inform sales strategy decisions.
  • Organize fam trips, plan and attend sales blitzes/missions in key markets, and maintain market trends and competitive set data knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain reporting on management and financial information for the sales department, including month-end reports, annual budgets, and commercial plans.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions.

**Estimated Salary: €70,000 - €90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
