Sales Revenue Strategist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Revenue Strategist to drive revenue growth and achieve top-line goals for our represented hotels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of soliciting business from various segments, including new small business accounts, sourcing new targets, and re-soliciting past leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Solicit new business opportunities from non-deployed small business accounts, reader boards, and internal referral mechanisms
- Collaborate with Property Sales Leaders to identify key buyers and coordinate efforts to drive demand and pull-through business
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information on each account in CI/TY SFA Web and EMPOWER
- Present stakeholder hotel benefits and features based on customer needs
- Leverage all available sales channels to optimize sales revenues
- Understand and actively utilize company marketing initiatives to convert cold leads to warm leads
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area
- Preferred: 4-year college degree; previous experience in proactive lead generation in hospitality and sales discipline
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
