Senior Director of Sales and Business Development

Empresa Reconocida, a leading European manufacturer of steel derivatives, seeks a Senior Director of Sales and Business Development to drive commercial growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving sales objectives for the sales force, motivating and supporting them in their roles. This includes:
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base
- Negotiating and resolving complex commercial proposals
- Preparing sales forecasts and managing pricing policies to stay competitive
- Supporting key account management and expanding customer portfolio
- Attending trade fairs and reporting to General Management
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably with an MBA
- High-level English essential, German desirable
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the industrial sector, leading a sales force
The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent internal and external customer orientation
- Proactivity and initiative
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Leadership and analytical skills
We estimate the annual salary for this role to be approximately €120,000, based on industry standards and the location of the company.
