About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior OEM Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Lliça d'Amunt, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining business-to-business sales of OEM products and R&D services to existing customers and growing the business within those customers and with new ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales growth targets for assigned customers (sales and gross profit).
  • Contribute to the three-year strategic plan for your area of responsibility.
  • Lead the quotation process internally.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites.
  • Negotiate contracts and agree on terms with customers.
  • Represent Werfen at trade shows and events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, science).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the IVD market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the IVD industry.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Catalan and advanced English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Office Tools (Excel, Word) and knowledge of SAP.
