About the Role

Foreo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Spain and will involve working closely with our sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Training: Provide training and coaching to our Business Ambassadors (BAs) and ECI staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and brand guidelines.
  • Field Supervision & Sales Support: Conduct regular visits to our points of sale (POS) to ensure sales teams are implementing brand guidelines correctly and provide support during peak seasons.
  • Customer Events Management: Organize and oversee local events such as masterclasses and workshops to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct mystery shopper visits to analyze competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales development or management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
