Job Description
The Senior Field Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing a field sales strategy that drives business growth and profitability. This includes managing a team of Field Sales Representatives, providing coaching and training, and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a field sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
- Manage a team of Field Sales Representatives, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Provide coaching and training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
- Maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the FMCG sector and sales principles
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
