About the RoleWe're seeking an exceptional Senior Field Service Manager to oversee and inspire a team of Customer Service Engineers in Spain. This key leadership position involves leading service, repair, and installation of products or solutions at customer sites, ensuring seamless electrical and mechanical testing in accordance with maintenance contracts.
As a Senior Field Service Manager, you'll diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solution, escalating complex issues to higher technical support or quality reporting systems. You may also develop new customer service agreements, respond to customer calls within your assigned territory, and drive results through exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Providing exceptional customer support according to contract specifications and priorities
- Driving the team with business priorities in mind
- Maintaining, optimizing, and improving service KPIs in the central service region
- Implementing device installations and collaborating on large-scale automation projects
- Building and developing a high-performance team focused on effective change management and recruiting top talent
We're looking for a Degree holder in Biomedical engineering or equivalent with significant experience in employee management and leadership skills. Your strong technical knowledge, high level of customer orientation, persuasiveness, and motivation are essential. Substantial experience within a complex organization in a high technology and medical product/service sector is necessary. Language skills: Spanish and English are mandatory, as well as ability to work flexible hours and travel 25% of the time.
