Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our Agribusiness team in driving growth and achieving sales results in a collaborative environment. As part of our Life Sciences Group, you will play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating P&L responsibilities, developing positive relationships with key customers and channel partners, building a high-performance team culture, identifying market trends and competitor activities, and accurately forecasting quarterly revenues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years of people leadership and direct sales experience in advanced technologies is required. Leading leaders experience and proven success in delivering business strategies are preferred.

Skills and qualifications include outstanding communication skills, ability to travel extensively (50-60% travel time), experience working within a global matrix organization, and strong presentation and relationship management skills.

Benefits

We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a competitive benefits package.
