Sales Development Representative LeadThis role plays a key part in our Spanish organization, directly impacting sales objectives by generating qualified opportunities and creating pipeline for field teams.
As a Senior Sales Development Manager, you will report directly to the VP Marketing Communications and be responsible for co-constructing the BDR and SDR business plan with the demand gen and sales teams.
You will work closely with the Revenue Operations team to ensure effective management of BDR/SDR activity.
Your Main Responsibilities- Team Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of SDRs (managing inbound leads) and BDRs (handling outbound prospecting).
- Coach and develop the team to enhance performance and efficiency through regular feedback, ongoing training, and guidance on best sales practices.
- Set and monitor KPIs (calls, emails, conversions, etc.) to ensure the team achieves pipeline generation goals.
- Track pipeline and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
- Manage alignment between inbound and outbound teams to optimize prospecting strategies and maximize results.
You will generate leads for the sales team by actively engaging in direct (outbound) prospecting activities and managing inbound leads.
Handle a portfolio of strategic prospects to develop qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Execute prospecting campaigns through cold calling, personalized emails, social media outreach, and other creative tactics to drive interest from potential customers.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine lead qualification strategies and improve conversion rates.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
