We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Italy and/or Iberia, leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and stakeholder engagement to drive business growth and success.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales process through qualification, business analysis, product demonstration, negotiation contracting, and closing. You will focus on closing new business consistently at or above quota level, as well as upselling or expansion opportunities among current clients in Italy and/or Iberia.

You will use your customer service or consultative selling skills to sell sustainable procurement solutions that deliver value to both customers and the environment. This will involve applying a 'land and expand' methodology, conducting high-quality meetings with C-level prospects, and attending in-person events such as procurement and sustainability forums, symposiums, partners' events, and the EcoVadis World Tour.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in ESG/Sustainability software solutions or supplier relationship management tools;
  • Experience selling to procurement, sustainability, third-party risk management, compliance personas in Spain;
  • A high understanding of the Spanish market;
  • A track record of successfully exceeding $1m USD in yearly ARR quota;
  • The ability to develop and execute sales strategies involving multiple stakeholders, with a natural ability to rapidly identify and form relationships with decision-makers;
  • Able to connect the dots among partners and your own contacts to fasten the sales cycle and get to the ultimate decision-maker;
  • Proven ability to engage, build, and manage C-level and Executive relationships;
  • Exceptional presentation skills; and
  • Highly proficient in the use of Salesforce.com.
