We're seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to fuel our growth momentum, drive business expansion, and solidify our position as the global leader in digital marketing. As part of our sales team, you'll own revenue growth, secure new partnerships, and expand existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, lead, coach, develop, and support sales teams to meet and exceed revenue targets and other specific goals to deliver growth in line with company objectives
  • Foster a deep, data-driven management approach to effectively lead teams and design metric-driven strategies to achieve sales excellence
  • Develop repeatable GTM plans for key demographics and drive sales activity and processes
  • Provide high-level guidance, coaching, and feedback, and create learning and growth opportunities for team members to support professional development and strengthen skill sets
  • Maintain expert product knowledge to support current and potential customer questions and provide clarity on Semrush solutions
  • Support the Sales Leadership team in reporting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals to measure key sales activity metrics and revenue quota

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing first-line managers and leading large sales teams
  • Proven track record of growing and developing teams and individuals, with a focus on value selling and coaching
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to build demand and represent the sales team
  • Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving approach, and ability to develop people
  • Excellent deal management and forecasting skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional European languages a plus
