Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience
About the Role
We're looking for a driven and focused salesperson with a proven track record of selling cutting-edge payment solutions in a high-growth and competitive environment. As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll handle multiple sales cycles, ensure a high conversion rate, and outperform sales targets. You'll collaborate closely with various in-house talents across Technology and Business to position our capabilities, products, services, and solutions effectively with prospects.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Identify the most promising merchants and prospects and grow a healthy pipeline across various verticals
* Sell our new cross-borders payment solutions and services to eCommerce merchants through outbound and inbound techniques
* Help new merchants evaluate Checkout.com and handle detailed questions about our product capabilities, serving as a consultant and industry expert
* Prepare thorough presentations and proposals for prospective merchants
* Orchestrate the entire Sales process and act as the main point of contact for merchants and internal stakeholders
* Partner with other Sales team members to share best practices, key business insights, and industry trends
* Provide feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product, and marketing information
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of Sales experience, at least 3 years of payments experience, a solid network of potential prospects and partners, knowledge of Salesforce, tech-savviness, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
