Job Description
">We are looking for a Tech Sales Professional to join our team. As a Tech Sales Professional, you will be responsible for outbound outreach targeting ideal customer profiles on behalf of our technology clients with the aim of booking qualified discovery meetings. You will build rapport and nurture relationships with C-level prospects, conduct research using various techniques to identify business opportunities, and share market insights with the wider team through prospecting activity.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Languages: Speak German as your first language and easily communicate with C-level decision-makers.
- Personal Qualities: Be self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and curious.
- Dedication: Desire to improve, receive feedback, and be coached to win in tech sales.
Benefits
">This role offers a competitive salary of €25,000 per year, plus a performance bonus of €5,000 annually, plus commissions. You will work from our Barcelona hub on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Enjoy 28 days of paid annual leave, with the opportunity to earn up to 4 extra days off per year. We also offer regular incentives for over-performance, continuous learning and development opportunities, and a fun environment with career progression.
