**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team in Barcelona. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients for Gartner and managing relationships with existing clients. You will own a specific territory targeting emerging tech providers in the DACH/Iberian/French or Italian market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Renewing and upselling/cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
- Leading the full sales conversation and negotiation before transitioning new clients to the account management team
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need circa 0-4 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success, preferably in consultative, senior-level B2B sales or similar. You must have a high level of commercial intellect, executive presence, and sales acumen. Fluency in English and Spanish (or German, Italian, or French) is required, and you should be located in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
