We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Sales Professional to join our LATAM team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

This role will focus on driving sales growth across the LATAM region, with a primary emphasis on Spain and LATAM markets. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital pharmacists, procurement teams, and C-suite executives.

As a seasoned sales professional, you will leverage your expertise to identify business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

About the Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience in the healthcare/medical device industry, preferably with a focus on equipment/software solutions.

You must be fluent in Spanish and English, with a deep understanding of the international healthcare environment. Experience in compiling and responding to tender requests, as well as strategic thinking and planning to implement sales strategies, is essential.

Ambitious candidates with a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting will thrive in this position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales negotiation, proposal development, and contract management. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and data analysis is also highly desirable.

What We Offer:

At Omnicell, we offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
