Senior Sales Manager for International Healthcare Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our international sales efforts in the healthcare industry. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales strategy, relationship building, and customer management to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the designated regions
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION MAKERS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS AND PROPOSE CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve overall performance
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders across cultures and languages
- Deep understanding of the international healthcare environment, including medication management and regulatory requirements
- Experience in compiling and responding to tender requests, as well as developing and executing sales strategies to win large-scale contracts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
