">About the Role
">The Senior Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in executing our marketing strategy for the Healthcare Europe market. This includes supporting sales growth, retention, and profitability through strategic planning and marketing programs. The successful candidate will have strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, as well as a passion for customers, high energy, and commitment to solving big problems.
">Main Responsibilities

- Sales Growth Support: Execute strategic planning and marketing programs to support sales growth, retention, and profitability of the healthcare division in the designated market.">
- Customer and Market Knowledge: Develop in-depth customer and market knowledge, keeping up-to-date with customer trends through regular VOC, field visits, and relevant industry associations.">
- Market Communication: Communicate market needs and opportunities to the wider local & EU team to support innovation pipelines.">
- Total Solution Development: Drive a total solution for the responsible segments, aimed at IP stakeholders within the Healthcare environment.">
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the development of short and long-term strategy and execution plan for digital marketing.">
- Customer Relationship Management: Leverage customers' relationships to develop in-depth market knowledge and manage the KOL network for specific segments.">
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Create and execute marketing campaigns and customer events to promote brand awareness.">
- Product Launches and Phase-Outs: Develop and implement strategies and plans for product launches and phase-outs, including sales enablement and product training, competitive intelligence, and sustainability integration.">
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Some years of professional marketing experience in the healthcare sector">
- Experience working in a matrix environment">
- Fluency in English">
- Spanish speaker">
Preferred Qualifications
">Prior experience in a similar role or in a related field would be an advantage. Additionally, proficiency in CRM systems and experience creating customer-facing presentations would be beneficial.
