About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and champion NOA, our innovative AI-powered platform tailored for the healthcare industry. As an AI Sales Executive, you will introduce NOA to healthcare professionals, showcasing how it provides critical insights and predictive analytics that enable faster, data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications. You will excel at identifying client needs and presenting advanced AI solutions. Your main tasks will include:
Main Responsibilities- Solution Selling: Conduct needs assessments and present customized AI solutions that align with client requirements, demonstrating the value and ROI of our offerings (70%).
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups (20%).
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and objectives (10%).
You will work closely with the AI Sales Leader and the SDR, engaging with clients and contributing to the team's success.
Requirements- Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in technology or AI solutions.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Languages: Fluent in Spanish.
- Nice to have: Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
We offer a dynamic, collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and development. Our benefits package includes share options after six months, full remote work option with office access in Barcelona, and an extra day off for your birthday.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of approximately $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The hiring process involves three rounds of interviews with HR, Sales Manager, and Country Manager.
