The Role We seek an ambitious AI Sales Director to lead our new AI sales team in Spain. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth with NOA, our advanced AI-powered platform designed to transform healthcare by improving efficiency and enhancing patient care. If you're passionate about AI technologies and ready to expand our market presence through strategic leadership, we'd love to meet you

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

Negotiation and Closing: Lead high-level negotiations and close deals with clients to drive revenue growth (60% of your time).
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team (AI Sales Executive and AI SDR), fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment (20%).
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the AI solutions market (10%).
Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team (10%).

You'll collaborate closely with the AI Sales Executive and AI SDR, participating in key strategy and sales meetings to drive our AI initiatives forward.

What Makes You Stand Out?

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience selling tech solutions within the SaaS or AI industry.
  • An education in Business or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead a small sales team.
  • A strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in various industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
