Job Summary
As an AI Sales Representative, you'll introduce our AI-powered CRM solutions to healthcare providers and generate interest. Your tasks will include outreach via phone, email, and social media (60%), lead generation through research and identification of potential clients (30%), and qualification based on target market criteria (10%). You'll support the AI Sales Executive and AI Sales Leader by generating and qualifying leads, playing a crucial role in the team's success.

Qualifications
To shine in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales or cold calls for digital solutions
  • Previous experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry
You should possess strong communication skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude. Fluency in Spanish is required. Familiarity with AI technologies and SaaS business models is a plus. Ability to use CRM software and sales tools is necessary. Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn are essential.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary estimated at €40,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy dynamic work environment, share options plan after six months, full remote work option, office access in Barcelona, and extra day off for your birthday.
