AI Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an ambitious Ai Sales Team Lead to spearhead our new AI sales team in Spain. This is a unique opportunity to drive the growth of NOA, our advanced AI-powered platform, specifically designed to revolutionize healthcare by improving efficiency and enhancing patient care.
Negotiation and Closing: 60% of your time will be spent leading high-level negotiations and closing deals with clients to drive revenue growth. Your main tasks will include:
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and close high-value deals with clients to drive revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team (AI Sales Executive and AI SDR), fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the AI solutions market.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience selling tech solutions within the SaaS or AI industry. A degree in Business or related fields is required. You should have exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Spanish is essential.
