About the Opportunity
SiteMinder is a world-leading open hotel commerce platform, supporting 44,500 hotels in 150 countries. We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team in the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of full-cycle sales executives to meet or exceed budget expectations.
- Onboard, train, and develop new starters in the team, as well as identify areas for development with existing team members.
- Assess the sales pipeline of each sales executive and the team, preparing regular sales forecasts for management.
- Review and interpret the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard for each team member, providing guidance on improvement.
- Build, report on, and communicate key metrics to track success of campaigns, events, and marketing activities in the region.
What You'll Need:
- Experience managing an inside sales team with strong leadership skills.
- Able to build, lead, and coach multifaceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and results.
- Understanding of the sales cycle for a Software-as-a-Service subscription model.
- Proven experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and the ability to run reports within it.
- Technical aptitude and passion for the technology space.
- Track record in setting targets, and achieving or exceeding them.
- Excellent coaching skills with experience dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English (full professional proficiency).
