About the Opportunity

SiteMinder is a world-leading open hotel commerce platform, supporting 44,500 hotels in 150 countries. We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team in the French market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of full-cycle sales executives to meet or exceed budget expectations.
  • Onboard, train, and develop new starters in the team, as well as identify areas for development with existing team members.
  • Assess the sales pipeline of each sales executive and the team, preparing regular sales forecasts for management.
  • Review and interpret the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard for each team member, providing guidance on improvement.
  • Build, report on, and communicate key metrics to track success of campaigns, events, and marketing activities in the region.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience managing an inside sales team with strong leadership skills.
  • Able to build, lead, and coach multifaceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and results.
  • Understanding of the sales cycle for a Software-as-a-Service subscription model.
  • Proven experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and the ability to run reports within it.
  • Technical aptitude and passion for the technology space.
  • Track record in setting targets, and achieving or exceeding them.
  • Excellent coaching skills with experience dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English (full professional proficiency).
